The store was very helpful in trying to help me get figured out what happened but unfortunately lost and wasn't able to recover it the support from vapesatl helped me as much as they could but unfortunately couldn't find it great customer service just a fail by the post office
I was using the TE6000 Hawaiian Punch flavor for a long time. For the last year, that flavor has been out of stock at every company I searched. I finally found them on your website, and I ordered ten of them. When I received them, and opened the first box, a strong odor that smelled like anti-freeze, hit me in the face. I ignored it, but when I took the first puff, the flavor wasn’t Hawaiian Punch. It tasted like pure chemicals.I opened a second one, and it was the same way. I am so disappointed with them. Over a hundred bucks wasted!
